Set up in low bandwidth service
Help! I am going from a Gigspeed service to snail-speed service. Currently have cable and average speeds over 600mbps. Wi-fi Orbi CBR750 with a RBS750 ethernet to PC. New location service is ADSL w...
The CBR is not compatible with ADSL ISP services which require a telephone line for it's service. The CBR requires a cable coax line from a Cable ISP service to get it's connection from.
Thank you, yes, I am prepared to purchase a whole new set up. But have no clue what to purchase and how to set it all up to maximize my service.
Also, I am told Fiber Optic will be coming, but no time frame. Apparently it was laid by the main road. Not sure how far that will go over the next couple of years.
