Thank you, yes, I am prepared to purchase a whole new set up. But have no clue what to purchase and how to set it all up to maximize my service.
Also, I am told Fiber Optic will be coming, but no time frame. Apparently it was laid by the main road. Not sure how far that will go over the next couple of years.

IF your going with ADSL, I recommend you get wit the ADSL ISP and see what they have to offer. Ask them if there is a modem only option or gateway router option. Modem only option would allow you to install your own wifi router system, like another Orbi system, something RBK### series. This is a system with out a built in modem like the CBR has. RBKs are just the router and wifi system. Also There is a Nighthawk MK series that is a bit cheaper for people on a budget.
How big is the home? Sq Ft?

If I can get the modem only for ADSL and get a modem only for a sat. Can I connect both modems to the router/wifi and have it stream the better connection? Or maybe put specific devices on one and other devices on the other.

No. ISPs only allow 1 modem to be online at a time.

It would be 2 separate ISP - Century Link (ADSL) and T-Mobile (Fixed 5G). then go from both modems to the Router/Wi-Fi.
