Set Up orbi mesh AX1800

Question

Anyone having trouble setting this up? I followed exactly the set up guide on the app however, the router does not detect internet connection so I am unable to finish the set up process. Can anyone please give me idea as this is becoming frustrating? Btw the mesh is Bnew. I did have plug back my previous router and it didn't have problem connecting to the internet.

What system do you have? AX1800 is a speed, not a model.&nbsp;
What modem/gateway are you connecting to?&nbsp;
Did you try setting up using the browser method and not the app?
