"Poor" means (literally) "not acceptable". Radiant heating systems are tough for WiFi signals to penetrate. I have no explanation for how the backhaul could change from Good to Poor when the units remain in exactly the same location and orientation.
My guess is that this flooring will affect every brand of WiFi system, so it might be time to look into using Ethernet cable to connect satellites to the router.

Something else going on.
For example I just unplugged the Orbing Sat in front of me (on 2nd Floor) and replugged it in.
Now the web admin fro the 2nd floor Satellite reads:
Connection type: 5Ghz (same as before)
Backhaul Status: Good.
Ookla speed test 190Mbps (slight increase).....

And 30 min later, indicates back on Poor...
