Can you please give more information about this:
- How is the web interface being accessed?
computer/laptop that is 'wired' to the router?
computer/laptop connected to the system with WiFi? - the web browser is attempting to access:
using a URL (http://orbilogin.net )? or
using the IP address of the Orbi router (usually 192.168.1.1)? - Does "can't find" mean that the web browser responds with an error message?
i.e. the login box does not appear.
If the web interface appears but the password is not accepted, there are two potential solutions.
