SIP ALG

Hello,   I work in the VOIP field and realized the SIP ALG option isn't working correctly.  I disabled it, under WAN setup and my tests are still showing the SIP ALG option is still enabled.  My Or...

Yes, this is for the RBK852 new Orbi AX system.  I am on FW V3.2.7.2_1.1.7

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update then disable SIP ALG and test again?
