    Details are key. You gave us none. 

    1. what firmware is on your router and what on the satellites/ 

    2. what modem/gateway is it connected to? 

    3. what device are you testing on? 

    4. what speeds do you pay for?

    5. what speeds do you get over 2.4ghz? 5ghz? wired? 

    6. what site are you using for testing?
