Slow Wifi or dropped connections with RBK852 with one Satellite...
Hi,
Issue description:
about 3 months after I bought and installed my Orbi Wifi system, I started experiencing very slow bandwidth on both, laptops and iOS devices on the 2nd floor of our house where my office is located (<3MBit/s.). On IOS devices, I also see dropped WiFi connections. If I'm on the 1st floor where the only satellite is located, or in the basement where the router is located, it seems to work as expected.
Notes:
- Wi-Fi signal on devices shows 100%
- I'm running firmware version 4.6.14.3_2.3.12 on both, the router and the satellite
- I've tried all 5GHz and 2.4 GHz channels with same or worse results
- I've disabled 20/40 MHz coexistence with same or worse results
- I've changed both CTS settings to 32, 100, 500, 100, 2347 with no change in behavior
- I've done a factory reset but the same issue persists
I'm at a loss and also out of support since December 2022. Hopefully anyone on here can help me figuring this out. It's negatively effecting my work meetings since I work from home.
