check your cabling to make sure there is no cat5 cable present. Cat5e and above is suggested.
Under Advanced Wireless settings uncheck Enable 20/40 MHz Coexistence and check Enable WMM (Wi-Fi multimedia) settings (2.4GHz b/g/n/ax).
