Small disconnect when connecting from router to satellite orbi rbr750
Hi Guys,
I’m just curious. I have an rbr750 downstairs with 2 satellites upstairs all with a good backhaul connection. So if im on my iPhone and I’m connected to my router downstairs and then go upstairs it still stays connected to my router for about 30 - 40 seconds and then it disconnects for split second and then re connects and is now connected to the satellite.
Before it used to just automatically connect to the satellite without dropping connection for a split second. I’m in version 7.2.6.31 for the router and satellites and all are evenly spaced out and not too far? Would it be the iPhone or orbi?
Any advice would be appreciated:)

Was it working before you updated to v.31?
Been many posts about v.31 FW not working well.
- SameemAspirantTo be honest it was working before with I think the latest version currently out (v7.2.6.31 is not the latest version right) but there were other worse issues Like when I’m connected to the satellite upstairs it would just disconnect for 10 seconds then reconnect. This one is just kind of like when I first connect to the satellite there’s a small quick drop for 20-30 seconds until it connects 😞
I remember being told .31 was kinda stable but now it’s not? Now idk which firmware is the most stable haha and I’m worried if I upgrade or downgrade some other bullcrap issue will arise- FURRYe38Guru - Experienced User
v.31 is most current version that appear last year. Been many posts about it not working well for users. v.21 is most stable to date and we've been recommended users revert to v.21.
