UPDATE
My system had gone down at like 3:45 AM last Saturday morning and I new it was down but said to hell with it ....I am not getting out of bed to fix it, I'll do it when I wake up.
Next thing I know, it all started working again around 8 am.
More interesting is that my next door neighbor had been losing internet and I saw comcast there, and I have since found out that Xfinity told her that something wasnt right up on the pole and told her it could cause a fire- then the local electric company was up on the pole very shortly thereafter, and he said that whatever he was doing could have been related to it all. ( Iam trying to get details from my neighbor and will post if I get additional info that could be of any help to anyone)
Long story short, it seems like whatever they all did has helped my Orbi as I went and did a complete unplug of my Arris S33, then plugged it back in ( which previously would have been the kiss of death) it power cycled, came back online, and everything came back on and worked. Then to go a step further, I rebooted the Orbi system ( which has never ever worked since the day I installed the system over a year ago) it rebooted, went through all its stages and lights etc and then VERY quickly went magenta and then came back online, ALL BY ITSELF with ZERO interaction from me, no can't get IP address issues, no problems at all.
SETTINGS:
SIP is default setting (which is disabled on Orbi RBR750)
IPV 6 ENABLED
default IP pool 100-200
MANUALLY ENTERED IPV 4 DNS Servers for Cloudflare
1.1.1.1
1.0.0.1
Manually entered IPV 6 Servers for Cloudflare as well
2606.4700.4700.0.0.0.0.1111
2606.4700.4700.0.0.0.0.1001
If you need to know anything else let me know. I do thank you (everyone) for your help in trying to solve this.
Best Regards

Internet Port (1 Gbps)
That is a combined wireless connection rate speed. Ya, not a fan of how marketing puts stuff like that out when in actual, would not really see that. Even if the RBR was in LAG mode with a modem what can do LAG and IF you could saturate the data flow thru the WAN pipes, most the RBR will ever see is 2Gb. Since the 7 series only support 1Gb ports. Single use WAN port will be maxed out at around 900Mpbs or just a bit over. Then LAN ports are all 1Gb as well so you'll be maxed there at 900Mbps.
Wireless connection rates are another item. Most devices won't ever see a 2400Mpbs connection rate unless it sports 4x4 MIMO, most 2x2 devices max out at 1200-1300Mpbs, or lower on 5Ghz at 80Mhz channel width. I don't care how marketing puts out 4800Mpbs on those routers that are supposed to have this when in actual, would never be seen by 2x2 devices and needs 4x4 support. I happen to finally see 4800Mpbs between a RAXE500 and Orbi 9 series just last year. First time to date on anything I have. Was told that most will never see this as environment, noise and distance impacts higher speeds so at 4-5 feet it maybe possible. Greater distances will never need that rate. 🙄

questions
ok email log set--- what am I looking for if I get an email? and more importantly Why does my system not let me reboot or have a power outage and then "just come back and work" like most other people? This is the big PITA. I wouldn't even care about dropping the internet once in a while if I knew it wasn't a project to get the router working again. There has got to be a reason or a setting that we can change to make it "work".

Any updates on this?
Hoping to see if email logging helps with these reboots that your seeing,
Sounds like a possible issue between the RBR and your modem when this happens.
Can you get 2nd router on hand by chance, loan one from a friend or family member?

Seems like this may have been a ISP issue all along...
What I suggest for NG cable modem users and may have some similar advise to non NG cable modems:
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.
