sound system won't connect.
Our sansung sound system won't connect to the wifi , what are we doing wrong.

If would help to know the specific model of Samsung sound system (so that we can look for the setup instructions) and to know exactly which step of the process seems to fail. (is some error message displayed?)
Also, what orbi do you have?
What firmware is on it?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
What error is the Samsung giving you?
Did you contact samsung about help connecting their product?
