Speeds out of Orbi are much lower than speeds going in from Modem

I have a new Arris Docsis 3.1 Cable Modem with my Orbi Tri-band Mesh WiFi 6 system: the router is RBR750; the satellite is RBS750; . I have Cox Gigablast service, and have verified that I am consistently getting around 940 - 980 Mbps download at the Modem. My Orbi speed test is showing that, and I think that means it is the speed going into the router. However, I am only getting top download speeds on my satellites of around 250 to 330 Mbps. Even when I hardwire to the router, the speeds are only a little bit better, to a tops of 350 Mbps. I called Orbi tech support and they walked me through a new software download, changed some settings, and said after 24 hours I should be getting speeds around 600 Mbps Wifi and as much as 800 Mbps hardwired. 3 days later there is no improvement. I'm frustrated and ready to go out and buy a different brand. Any suggestions?
