Struggling to get ticket escalated with pro support subscription
Anyone know how to escalate with NG, worst support experience ever. Ticket open since 2/27 and can't get it to the right team to help. I thought an issue was fixed so I let the Tier 3 close the ticket and it started back up. Now I can't even get past Tier I.
