Swapping out RBR850 for RBR40

Does the top ring on the RBR850 turn PINK when this happens? Not that I have seen; its two floors away however.
Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF? No all of my satelites are on.
What Firmware version is currently loaded? #sv4.6.14.3_2.3.12
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Arris S33 DOCSIS 3.1
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. Yep
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft? s2800 sq ft
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. 40-50 sq ft
What channel configurations are currently set on the router? Not sure how to check
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update? Yep
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? no given the effort and worried i am not sure if its the Arris or Orbi system

This version is not valid for a RBR50 or 40 series RBR. Please confirm the FW version or the RBR model#.

Look at the RBRs web page under Basic Tab/Wireless settings.
