TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds when trying to use Orbi VPN"

Question

Trying to use the VPN services on my Orbi RBR850 router, I followed these instructions (https://kb.netgear.com/25389/Enabling-VPN-service-on-a-NETGEAR-router-using-a-MAC-OS-computer) but I once I try to connect through tunnelblick I just get "Waiting for server response" and the vpn won't connect, I'm not sure what to do

I'm on firmware version V4.6.9.11_2.3.5

Updated firmware and vpn still wont connect, keep getting this error&nbsp;address: [AF_INET]98.197.101.6:12974 (allow this incoming source address/port by removing --remote or adding --float)

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.&nbsp;
