too many satellites showing

RBR750 with one satellite... &nbsp;Firmware up to date. v7.2.6.31. &nbsp;so why does the Network map on my Orbi App show three satellites, one connected and two 'offline', all with different MAC addresses? no.s 2 and 3 have the same serial number, but No 1 (which is connected) has a different serial number..?!Does this matter?How do i delete the offline satellites..? &nbsp;are they causing problems?&nbsp;by the way - I've only ever owned one satellite. I bought it with the RBR750 but have never had another one in the house, at any stage!!

Try a factory reset and setup from scratch using the following PDF process with a wired PC and web browser:

Was this system purchased new from a typical vendor (Amazon, Best Buy, Netgear, etc.) or used?

purchased new from an established vendor (but i cant remember who... &nbsp;maybe Netgear, maybe PC World, not sure...)
