Unable to access Buffalo NAS remotely. I have Orbi RBRE 960
I have Buffalo NAS and Orbi RBRE 960.
I can access my NAS while I am on my home network.
But when I leave home, I am not able to access my Buffalo NAS from phone app.
Lot of forums asked me check opening the external and internal port on the router. So I defined both the ports of NAS on the Orbi router.
However, I still cannot access my NAS remotely.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Something to ask the mfr of the NAS about regarding there product.
