Unable to add Dell laptop to ORBI WiFi network

My ORBI WiFi network works line with 7 other devices but I can't connect to Dell laptop. The Dell's settings don't show the ORBI network as an available network

Thanks for your reply. Just to be clear, are you referring to wireless adaptor drivers on the Dell laptop or on the Orbi WiFi router ?
