Unable to connect RBS850 to RBR750 network

Hi,  I recently bought an extra satellite to add to an existing network (RBR750 router and 2 RBS750 satellites). It is an RBS850. According to the Netgear compability overview, it should be possible...

Hi, yes I 've tried hardwiring -it works (he lights bluie), but still not in the app. I get a message that there is a new device on the network (i.e. phone or laptop): the satellite appears in the list of devices on the network but not as part of the network.

Can you log into the RBS web page using admin and password to see what the FW version is? 

What FW version is on the RBR?

    FW router = v.7.2.6.21

    FW satellite can't see: I only see the RBR750 network in the admin page. Again, the RBS850 appears as a device in the network

      I can only change the type of device in the admin page, the firmware version is not visible there

        Can you log into the RBS web page using admin and password to see what the FW version is using the IP address for the RBS seen on the RBRs web page?
