1. what modem/gateway is the RBR connected to?
2. what firmware is on the RBR?
3. what error are you getting when you try to connect?
4. Did you check if armor is blocking it? (disable armor to check it)

1. Modem: NETGEAR. DOCSIS 3.0 (16 DS 4 US)
2. Firmware in RBR Router: V4.6.8.2_2.1.9
3. When trying to connect either via App, login from browser or setup Xfinity Stream, it is going to "oauth.xfinity.com" page and spins for some time till it times out.
4. It started happening after the Armor is enabled and I haven't tried disabling Armor (How can I do it?).

There a C or CM model # of the Netgear modem?
Go into the Orbi app and select Armor, there should be a settings menu option on the Armor page to disable it. Might be 3 vertical dots or a settings menu icon. Select disable. I would fully reboot the modem and RBR after Armor is disabled.- cponnusaAug 25, 2022Aspirant
The modem is a Voice Cable Modem CM500V. I have been using this for a while and it was changed any time recently.
I am not able to see Armor at all in Orbi security (or anywhere else).
