Unable to register product - already registered

Please help I was not able to register my Orbi RBR852 router. I have opened a support case and included the photo of the router label but did not get any response for a few days now. The case number is 45111801. Greatly appreciated it if someone can alert the support folks to respond or register the router?

Update: support came back and registered the router.

  Yup did that but unfortunately they have been completely silent for almost a week.
