Might power OFF the RBS and RBR for 1 minute then back ON.
Once the RBS is ready and front LED is BLUE, try logging in to the RBS web page at 192.168.1.11 first.
Clear out all browser caches before entering the web page.
Can you select FW update from the left side menu?
