Updated firmware to 7.2.7.15 on a RBR750 and 2 RBS750's

I now have one of my RBS750's reporting as model RBS750QV and reporting that the status "update failed".  Current name and current firmware version are correct and show firmware as 7.2.7.15 and three...

Any updates or progress on this? There is new FW availalbe and seems to have resolved this with manual application of the FW to the RBS web page FIRST, then update the RBR lastly.
