Using scheduled service blocking to manage a roku?

Morning,

I'd like to block access to my roku devices after a certain time at night till the next morning to stop my kids from watching TV off screen time. I know I can turn off all network connection but does anyone know what specific services or IPs I can block so I only block my Roku Products?
