VLAN trunk for switches via Orbi wireless backhaul

hi all, 

I have two Orbi 750's routers/APs connected via a wireless backhaul. Ethernet cables is unfortunately not possible. Working good, btw.

Next I want a star-switch network were 1 coreswitch is near the internet modem en several other switches sitting around the house. 

Can I use a VLAN over the Orbi wireless backhaul to connect the remote switch to the Core switch? I probably need a VLAN added to the Orbi's connected to a port, and than also that same VLAN on the core/remote switch?
