If that's happening with the ISP modem, then you and your ISP need review what's going on with the ISP modem. They need to check into why that modem is failing in power cycles, bumps or brown outs.
The Orbi system should not be factory reset during these issues as well. Only a power cycle of the ISP modem and Orbi RBR OFF for 1 minute then back ON should be first line of troubleshooting steps to get the system back online. If the RBR is not servicing internet, means there is a problem between the RBR and the ISP modem.
Get with the ISP, ask for a on site service tech and show them what your dealing with.
Try a different modem as well.
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
