WAN stuck on 100m

I'm having the exact same issue w/ the RBR850. I've paid for a new support contract (as of yesterday) and I now have a level 2 escalation. I suspect a firmware upgrade may have caused the issue. I'm ...

Had the same issue. The problem was the CAT5 cable didn't have all of the pins connected end to end, shown below. Replaced with a cable with all wires connected and it came up 1000M

    That would certainly be a cause. Why we recommend CAT6A STP for 8 and 9 series Orbi systems.
