was working when I setup last night.
Setup last night. Was working great. I can connect to the wireless, but the router won't connect to the internet. I've powercycled, but still won't connect to the internet. The router is glowing a so...
it is connected to a netgear modem which is connected to xfinity. I don't have the name of the modem as I am currently at work.
When you get the info, let us know.
1. what router do you have?
2. what modem is it connected to?
3. what firmware is on the router?
router is rbr850
firmware v4.6.9.11_2.3.5
modem is netgear cm1100
Xfinity is my provider
I power cycled again and internet seems to be working intermittently.
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

It appears my orbi router is not getting a DNS address from comcast. So it seems there is a communication problem from my modem to my router. I called xfnity...they told me to call netgear who told me to call xfinity.....
