Website Wrong Price in Cart

This has happened twice now. The price of the Netgear Orbi Router + 4 Satellite(RBK755) is listed as $699.99 

After adding it to your cart is $799.99

So I called customer service and she told me to go ahead and pay the higher price. Then after I receive the order they would refund the difference. Why would I want Netgear to keep $100 extra dollars of mine? This is crazy. Then have to try to get a refund.

The first time this happened was about 6 months ago. They said they would fix their site. No change has been made to fix this issue.

I've found multiple items that do the same thing on Netgear's website.
