"What is the name of the first NETGEAR product you purchased" ????

I want to log into my router. I went to address 192.168.1.1. I enter the serial number, then the router challenges me to reset my password with the questions:
- "What is the name of the first NETGEAR product you purchased"
- "What is your father's middle name?"
I don't think I set up either of these questions, so I'm not sure why the router would be asking them; it wouldn't know.
Is my best recourse to reset the router? How do I go about doing that?

Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in for 15 seconds then let go. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate on top of the RBR, then log in to orbilogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.
