Where to Send Bug Reports

I recently upgraded to firmware V4.6.3.7_2.0.49. My overall review is the firmware seems to be fine. However, I have noted some oddities that appear to be bugs in the firmware, e.g., when using the web-base GUI, I can check "Remember this password" on the RBR but it will not save that in cache but the RBS will. Which forum or support area is the right place to report this to Netgear?
