Why does my router show Firmware version 4.20.0.4_3.100.71

Why does my router show Firmware version 4.20.0.4_3.100.71, and when trying to update to this version it says the firmware already installed is newer (i have an orbi R350)

Seems a strange coincidence that when I enter "RBR350" into the support web page, there are two version of the RBR350 system:

https://www.netgear.com/support/

RBR350 and RBR350-1VNNZS.

Can you check what model number is printed on the bottom of your router?

    Totally insane. The Administration, Firmware Update menu shows what model number?
