Wi-Fi calling drops constantly

Question

It appears this decently priced Orbi Tri-Band mesh system doesn't support Wi-Fi calling. My husband has an Android S21 plus and I have the iPhone 13 Pro. I confirmed Wi-Fi calling is enabled on both devices. The frustration level has grown drastically as my husband takes a lot of work related calls at home. When he is on a call, he loses connection and needs to rejoin the network to get back onto the call, or leave the house to find a strong cellular signal. What should I be looking at? I have noticed his device has been flagged for phishing attempts, although he doesn't visit the sites reported by the Orbi app.

Help before I head towards divorce!

Are both phones on the same cellular carrier?
Does the Samsung lose connection at any other times?
Does the Samsung phone remain in one location during these calls, or move around?

My impression is that the WiFi system is not aware of what use devices make of the network.&nbsp; Cellular calling would appear to be a device opening a data connection to some port at an address out in the internet.&nbsp; Yes, WE know it is a smartphone and the purpose is for a telephone call, but the WiFi router would have no idea what is going on.

I have not noticed an issue with my iPhone, thus I do suspect the issue is isolated with the Android.&nbsp;&nbsp;Do I need to make some sort of exception on the embedded web server?&nbsp; I made notations of all the devices on the network for easier administration.&nbsp;&nbsp;I have spotted blocked phishing attempts from his phone, sites that he does not use so I am not clear as to where they are coming from.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Yes, we are both on the same carrier.It seems he is always dropping calls while in the same location.&nbsp; He is not one to move around.&nbsp;&nbsp;From what I am gathering, this is something I need to locate and address on the webserver.&nbsp;&nbsp;

I get the impression that Bitdefender Armor may be enabled on this system?
The Orbi router itself has no concept of phishing.
&nbsp;
Having never enabled Armor, I can only speculate that perhaps there is a method to declare specific devices to be "exempt" from monitoring?
