If the Roku is connected to that switch which is in turn connected to the RBR850 router (not a satellite), then WiFi plays no part in how it performs.
Initial loading (the time between selecting "Play" for a video and the video actually beginning to stream) may be a function of which video source is being used. As I recall, Roku is a platform which supports a large number of 'apps' (such as PrimeVideo, Netflix, BritBox, Disney, etc. etc.) Correct? Do all of these apps exhibit the same "loading" behavior? Do any of them suffer during actual playback?
