RBR850 has 4 satellites.
All firmware is up to date (1x RBR850: V7.2.6.31_5.0.24, 2x RBS850: V7.2.6.31, 2x RBS350: V4.6.14.3)
Do you know when the firmware was updated on the router and the two 850 satellites?
There have been many posts on the forum from users who have the 350 satellites connected to a 750 router and "things went bad" when the 750 was updated to version 7 firmware. The consensus on the forum seems to be that the version 7 firmware is not compatible with the 350 router. When users returned the router firmware to the previous version (prior to v7), their systems worked again.
If this situation developed immediately after the 850's firmware was updated, my first thought is that the 850 has the same incompatibility.

I always update the equipment as soon as new updates is published - I know now it is not too wise.
These were updated months back in the pas ....seems not to be related to the new version of firmware since my problems started days back in the past not months.
