Will RBR750 + Satellites be AP’s even if I don’t have them set to AP mode?
Will the RBR750 and satellites still function as AP’s if I do not select AP mode?
Here is why I ask:
Current config:
ISP Gateway modem (WiFi is disabled)->
RBR750 connect to switch-> connected to drops throughout home->
Satellites connected to various data drops in home.
I do not have AP mode selected, but they are all connected to the data drop.
The connections works and each satellite has devices connected to them and transmitting a signal, but am I just utilizing the radio connection at this point? Even though I have them wired to the drops with Ethernet, does it matter if I select AP mode?

The Orbi web interface Attached Devices page will show how each satellite is connected to the router. (either "WiFi" or "wired") When a satellite detects an Ethernet connection to the router, it switches automatically from using the WiFi connection to using the wired connection.
