Won’t finish the install
I just unboxed my purchase.
I’ve gone through the installation 10+ times. I’ve had to reset the router too. It gets through the step of setting up admin account and one time I was able to get the firmware updated. It just hangs when it tries to find the product, in different places in installation process. Tried the app on two phones and a laptop. Pretty handy with networking so I don’t think I’m doing something wrong.
I’ve never had this much problem setting up a router. Please advise.

What NG router model are you referring too?
Use a wired PC and web browser to setup the router thru the routers web page.
