Hi, I've been using my Orbi RBR350 succesfully since I bought it in January 2023. I've just changed over from Telstra to iPrimus and have a new Modem- router, a TP-Link VX220, which works perfectly....

Did you do a Factory Reset on the Orbi router and then connect it to the new Internet Service Provider device (TP-Link VX220) and go through the Orbi setup?
