Hi, The Attached Devices list shows for about a day then is not available on web app for RBE871. I do a reboot then the attached devices show again for about a day. Router RBE871 V10.5.20.4_1...
Hi- I tried again to see if this problem was fixed yesterday with a firmware update and/or reset and no luck. Did you hear back yet from Orbi?

There was no new firmware available after i checked. This is the firmware i have-
Router RBE871 RBE871 V10.5.20.4_1.3.5 No new firmware version available.
Satellite RBE870 Orbi Satellite Guest Room V10.5.20.4 No new firmware version available.
Satellite RBE870 Orbi Satellite Office V10.5.20.4 No new firmware version available.
Satellite RBE770 Orbi Satellite Family Room V10.5.20.3 No new firmware version available.And now it's working?
I should have caught this soon but your RBS770 would not be supported with the 870 series. Possible one issue causing problems. If you see this issue again, turn OFF the 770 series RBS and check again.
