Auto Config and Auto Detect do not maintain continued ipv6 addressing
I had forgotten how badly Orbi routers were with respect to maintaining ipv6 connectivity. I wish I had remembered this before spending THIS AMOUNT of money for the new WiFi 7 kit.

If I throw my Velop 6E router node back into position IPv6 is consistently maintained. That doesn't completely dissolve Xfinity from playing a role but considering how big of a provider they (Comcast) are, I would expect Netgear - also being preeminent - to have this stuff figured out by now - no matter the ISP handshaking going on.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
Does configuring 6to4 or Static work?
It's a Netgear modem - CM2000.
I'm working it with other help. No time for shot-gun helpers...

I've asked others in a different area with the 970 series and this ISP. None has returned mentioning having problems with Auto Config or Detect failing on there systems.
Netgear issues with IPv6 are and have been prevalent for years. This forum is full of related discussions - with no definitive resolution.
