No. Netgear WiFi routers accept a single Ethernet connection. In practical terms, that means one Internet Service Provider (ISP). There are router from other companies designed to accept more than one internet connection. These routers can combine the multiple connections into a single Ethernet connection to a WiFi system, such as a Netgear Orbi.
That leaves the WiFi system to handle all of the WiFi connections and believe that there is only a single ISP connection.
Most users who choose to go down this path also put their Orbi router into Access Point (AP) mode so that they will not create what is known as a "Double NAT" condition. (internet search will describe what problems a Double NAT may introduce.)
Just to be brutally honest, having multiple ISP connections is not something the typical residential consumer does. Over the last several years, my ISP connection has failed only when Edison has cut the power to our entire neighborhood. It would not matter how many ISPs I had, every device in the entire house had no power.

Ok thank you basically makes no sense...having both, prob if I had a Skylink as a back then you wouldn't worry about power outage

A local power outage will not kill StarLink, until.......... the satellite signal reaches the antenna which will have lost power, and then the network which will have lost power, and the user devices which will have lost power.
If the house has a generator or battery system, then StarLink would be a solid backup network connection.
My point was not that using two ISPs is impossible, just that typical residential customers are not asking for that feature and thus it is not included in the majority of residential WiFi systems.
