Thanks for the reply. Connecting the main router to the satellites via Ethernet is not an option right now.
The house is small. I can't give numbers but it's not a large house and until today, everything worked great.
I've done a handful of updates since getting this unit and the two satellites and today's update is the first time there has been an issue.

As a quick test you can take one of the RBS and ethernet connect it to the back of the RBR and see if it updated.
Do you know what version of FW that was on the system prior?
If you can get the home size in sq ft will be helpful. Too small of a home, may only need one RBS vs two.

Tomorrow I can connect one of the satellites via Ethernet to see what happens.
Are there any tips or things I should look for once the satellite is hard-wired to the main router?- FURRYe38Dec 22, 2023Guru - Experienced User
If it will connect, might try the FW update utility on the RBR under Administration and see if it will see the RBS and update it.
Ya first time seeing someone post about there RBS not working or being updated after the RBR. RBS are supposed to be updated. Straq
Please let us know the home size and distances between the RBR and RBS.

The thing is, I can't seem to find a link to the V9.10.4.1_1.1.17 update for the router or the satellites to try a manual update.
It seems like today's update killed the satellites or their ability to connect to the main unit.
