For Orbi 770, 870, 970 series Can devices on Main access devices on Guest or IOT network

For Orbi 770, 870, 970 series, 

 

Can, or is there an option/feature to allow, a device using the main network to access devices on either the Guest or IOT networks?

 

For example, my Phone and PC will be on the main network.  To look at my Nest devices/cameras, etc (which will be on the IOT or Guest Network) I would need my Phone or PC to access these devices.

      Thanks!  One more question.  Do these routers broadcast the Guest and IOT networks on the Satelites?  I had a problem with another brand, they did no broadcast these as a "design choice" to provide a more "consistant experience".  I guess they really don't understand what mesh is.
