it works but so slow.
FWIW, I am not seeing the ORBI screen showing AP mode in your screenshots. That is on the advanced tab (then select advanced setup in the left pane). It'd be good to confirm that you are in AP mode.
What are you getting with speedtest.net?
Can you connect a PC to one of the Orbi router's LAN ports, and check the speed there?
Then connect to a sky hub LAN port, and compare the speeds.

I believe he's in router mode since I mentioned using the DMZ on the host ISP router and to try router mode on the Orbi, and he seems to have configured the DMZ for the RBR. So AP mode would not be needed for this configuration.

Cheers for the help guys
ill get all the kids to try all devices and see if there’s issues.
i checked my ps5 in the bedroom that’s connect to WiFi and it had a couple of updates for games and it had them done in 5mins
a 23gb update and another 3gb which is much faster than previously would e had.
my boys who are on xbox series x had restricted Nat and double Nat but I then changed the port in the Xbox manually and it changed to open 🤷🏻♂️
it makes me feel like I’m almost there 🤣
it’s why I posted all the pics incase a trained eye would spot something in the menus that would help
no doubt all goes to **bleep** at 4pm when the kids get home 🤦🏻♂️

If the Orbi and Sky are both in router mode, then you definitely have double NAT. Opening ports with uPNP should work if the Orbi is in the Sky's DMZ. If you are having issues with port forwarding, then try setting up forwarding rules in both routers. In the Sky, forward them to the Orbi's "Wan" address. Then forward them again in the Orbi to the client device.
FWIW, I double-route myself. I use OpenVPN in the Orbi for remote access, and that is only available when the Orbi is in router mode. And I need to route through the Verizon router in order to connect my TV set top boxes. You should get full speeds, but there could be a bit more latency. But I don't think the kids are likely to notice.

I'm thinking that too. But Davek77 said AP mode in the first post. If the Orbi is in router mode, then he could run the Orbi's built-in speed test.
I agree it would be useful to know the speed of his service.
I am wondering about the cabling between the Sky router and the Orbi. I had a performance issue between my Verizon Fios router and my Orbi, and it was because the cat 5e cable couldn't reliably carry 2.5 gbps.

I had mentioned trying router mode in the ISP routers DMZ in one of my early posts...so seems like hes in router mode currently. Hoping this will have better results for them.
Ya, why I recommend for any ISP speeds past 1Gb, CAT6A STP is best. 5e was good for it's time. But has some limits.

Almost all my wiring is CAT-6A, but there are a couple of old CAT-5E runs that would be hard to replace. Since my ISP service is gigabit, I "solved" the problem for now by inserting a gigabit switch on the path.
