No.
Any WiFi7 or MLO will be indicated on the connecting device and shown on the RBR connected device web page. When 5+6Ghz is seen here, this indicates WiFi7 and MLO are active and being supported.

If you notice right here my Laptop says wifi 6, Which is a 6e device fine but my Phone Google pixel 9 says wifi 5 which is a wifi 7 device isn't that crazy

This picture shows a Shield TV Pro, that's a media player. Are you sure you are looking at the right setting?
I don't have a Google phone, you can see what my iPhone 16 looks like in the device report in the post above. The iPhone does have a setting to turn on/off WiFi 6 and up, so make sure your Google phone is configured correctly. It should say 5GHz+6Ghz as mine does, if it's running at WiFi 7.

No - this image is complete. See my post above, there is no 7 GHz channel, WiFi 7 uses 5GHz and 6GHz in Netgear's case.
