I bought this over the weekend and have had these issues since day one. I have factory reset the units 2x, reloaded the factory images to each unit once, and still have the issues. I have fiber to the house so this should not be causing any issues. This is so terrible to charge what they do for a product that doesn't work out of the box.

  • What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

      V9.10.0.2_1.1.5

      ISP modem

      Calix 716GE-I

Used factory supplied cable for testing.

I have factory reset unit to ensure proper setup.

I have reloaded current firmware to each unit to ensure that it wasn't a bad flash. I started with farthest away access point as seen on directions and worked back towards router last.

Recommend syncing any RBS to the RBR wirelessly while having the RBS near by or in same room as RBR.

I'd get a CAT6A STP cable. STP differs from UTP cabling.

Does the front LED turn on PINK for blink when internet seems to drop or the RBR isn't working?

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.
