Hi There,
Engineering team here. There is an issue that is not fix in V9.10.2.3, we have a target fix for upcoming firmware where client sometimes cannot connect to network. Client will say "Connection Fail" and will ask for password again. This issue will sometimes recover by itself. This issue is mainly seen when moving around network.
Another issue is related to Pixel 8 not getting internet but it is connected to a Satellite fine. This issue we currently debugging and looking to fix ASAP as well

I have firmware version V9.10.3.1_1.1.16. Every time I go downstairs the signal should hand off to the router and my phone will just say my network has no internet access with an exclamation mark and I have to reconnect. Are there any firmware updates I should try?

Have you seen this pop up on your Orbi app?
How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.
https://kb.netgear.com/31029/Where-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite 🛰️Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?- sgarrDec 24, 2023Star
I'm not sure what you are asking about if something has popped up on the orbi app. I have 3 satellites and 1 router. I have great signal strength and in the admin the signal shows as good. My issue is when you move from one location to the other even with full signal strength the router will kick my phone off the network and I have to manually reconnect. The 960 system worked perfectly. I am probably10 feet from one satellite and the router and the satellite are probably 30-40 feet apart. My pixel 8 pro disconnects from the router when it tries to connect, possibly to the satellites as well. The router no longer reboots when this happens with the new firmware however it just kicks the phone's wifi off and I have to manually reconnect. I am typing on my laptop which stays pretty much in the same location and there aren't any issues. The only wifi 7 device I have is the pixel 8 pro. My brother's pixel 7 pro also keeps getting kicked off the network as well. The 2.4ghz channel is auto and the 5ghz channel is 40. I may need to try returning the router and exchanging it to see if that will help anything.
