Is the new firmware working or not
I had issues downloading the new firmware 9.13.2.1 for the RBE 970 has a question sign on the file after download did they release a fix for this or is it the same old version being circulated with the error ?
I did the update on the main Router which is the 791 and the other satellites auto updated. Thats different and new .

Ya believe NG did some tuning in to make sure RBS are updated as well, even if the RBR is updated first, the RBS should follow up as well.
It looks like there was an issue with the Netgear firmware 9.13.2.1 for the Orbi RBE 970/971 series: the download package contained the old version instead of the proper updated firmware
All that was corrected and FW packages with in the .zip file are correct now:

Did you do the update ? as I just tried and get error same way with thee files
You can always manually update. Its usually the process I recommend anyway as I'm not trusting of the auto-update and the app update method. I've seen to many issues/corruption posts from users using those methods.
