Issue with various apps on android devices

Since upgrading to the 870 mesh system various apps on my wife's android phone aren't loading. Everything is fine on iOS devices but apps such and the BBC News app are failing to load on the android ...

Thanks but I've tried all that. Even completely removed the app from my phone and re-downloaded it. Still have the problem. Thanks for the reply though.

    Thank you KevinLiT​ . I think disabling ipv6 has resolved the issue with the android devices how the Orbi app can no longer load the device list in device manager.
